I bought a villa plot here. I really love the community. Very spacious with excellent roads, parks and other amenities. The staff at the property development site are extremely friendlyPros:. Good plans and restrictions. This limits unrestricted construction as exists in non-villa communities. Very close to Hosur road and about 8 kms from Electronic city. So approach to the community is very good. There are two other villa communities on each side of Whispering Woods. So its a purely residential locality. Every plot has telephone, cable, power, water and sewerage lines available. Upon construction the villa just needs to plug into these systems.Some of the cons are:. The property has appreciated almost 5 times in the past 3-4 years. So not sure how much more it will appreciate. The villas are yet to be built though most of the plots have been sold out. They are starting villa construction shortly and so the community will be livable in another year (not immediate).
