Read and Rate Properties in India
All the projects by the Magarpatta Group are managed and maintained by the Magarpatta Property Management Division. So the facilities provided are at par/ Yes you may sometimes have to shell out more to use these facilities but I feel them to be worth it. I also asked a few of my friends in the other Magarpatta projects and they said that they never faced problems with the solar water heating, the security facilities are also decent, good parking provided and the problems of maintenance are also looked upon immediately by the Magarpatta Group. So in all would say that they give you good facilities and also maintain then and look after the problems after the facilities have been provided to you.
